NLF CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES
Nursery (Newborn up to 3 years old)
While your little one is with us in the Nursery our primary focus will be on keeping them happy and safe. It isn’t simply childcare in this room. The name of our game is play play and play some more. Nothing but fun is allowed here where they have a hands-on experience (the way that only these guys can do) using a puppet show to learn about God, Jesus, the Bible, family, self, others, and the natural world around them. We also do activities such as hide & seek, dancing & singing, puzzles, dress up, blowing bubbles, chalk & crayons, and other interactive fun stuff!
Preschool (Ages 3 until Kindergarten)
Giggle, play, sing and talk! This is the life of a preschooler and we encourage them to do just that in this room. Your child will continue to learn about God’s Word and how to use it in their daily lives thru Bible stories, free play, crafts, games, music and dance.
If you’d like to learn more about the Nursery or Prek room, please call our office (518-580-1810) and we will put you in touch with the coordinator, Lisa Cassidy. Children’s Church (grades K-5) In this program children hear the Good News of Jesus Christ, learn what the Bible has to say about faith, relationships, obedience, service and much more. In an informal setting, children engage in hands-on learning activities. They also have an opportunity to interact with the other children during free play.
If you’d like to learn more about the K-5 program, please call our office (518-580-1810) and we will put you in touch with the coordinator, Karen Forsythe.
New Life Fellowship is a family Church, and as such we have ministries for all ages of children from infant to middle school. Childcare is provided at all Church services.
New Life Fellowship adheres to the philosophy of "Safe Place" meaning that all of the people who desire to work with children are screened, and trained before they are allowed to function in this capacity. We want parents to feel confident when they leave their children in our care. Our desire is to provide a place where kids can be safe, and grow into a healthy relationship with Christ and their peers.
